How does the free week work?
Tap Start Your Free Week and everything in the app is open for seven days. There is no charge, Apple asks for no payment details, and nothing renews.
What happens when the week ends?
The app asks you to unlock it for $1.99, once. That unlocks everything for good. There is no subscription.
I already paid. How do I get it back on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the app and tap Restore Purchase on the unlock screen or at the top of More.
How do I ask for a refund?
Apple handles all payments. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the purchase.
Does it keep playing when I leave the app?
Yes. The reading and the songs keep playing when you switch screens, lock your phone or go to another app. Use the small player at the bottom of the app, or the controls on your lock screen.
Can I play the songs all night?
Open Songs, tap Play All, and set the repeat button to Repeat album (it starts that way). The sleep timer in the player stops the music after 15 to 90 minutes, or at the end of the current song.
Are the songs the exact words of Hebrews?
No. Each song is a dynamic equivalent of its chapter, a broad summary made to help you remember what is generally there. Where we knowingly left something out for the music, the app lists it under Left out of this song. Read the chapter itself to receive the full meaning of God's word.
Your stars, scores, streak and favorites are kept on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them. See the privacy policy: the app collects nothing.
